Ruislip Woods

Four blocks of woodland around the lido. Mixed woods with some areas of open that disappear beneath undergrowth in summer. Gentle hills with numerous ditches and streams. Not particularly technical and, with the exception of the far western block, rather 'green'. Can support badge length courses.
