| Location | Parking at Campus West Car Park TL235134 in WGC town centre. 5 minute walk from WGC bus and train stations. |
| Courses | 60-minute score (mass start at 10:30); 30-minute score (mass start at 10:40). |
| Start/Finish | In the car park. |
| Facilities | No facilities provided. Unofficial toilets on the station or at nearby private house. Pubs/Fast Food in the town centre for post-run refreshment. |
| Map | 1:15,000 non-IOF. Pre-marked, but you will need a plastic bag (A4) and a pen. |
| Entry | No entry fee. Registration from 10:00. To gauge the demand, and thus the number of maps required, Roger would appreciate it if you could let me know if you are coming - this will guarantee a map; details below. |
| Safety | Regrettably this event is NOT suitable for unaccompanied children. Even on a Sunday morning the roads in WGC are busy and the routes between the controls (including those close to the start and finish) cross main roads. All competitors compete at their own risk. |
